What I ate: September 8, 2013

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a homemade whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion. And a mimosa.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix . And a spicy Blood Mary .

Lunch: 2 ears of fresh sweet corn with butter and salt.  

And, later, some corn and jalapeƱo fritters (new recipe). These were good!

Dinner: Filet mignon steak and potato with garlic, butter and parsley .

And 2 glasses of Chimango malbec.

Weight at beginning of the day: 125.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 125.0 lbs.
