What I ate: August 13, 2014

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Monday in a freshly heated whole wheat tortilla.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix .

Lunch: Homemade clam chowder with homemade ciabatta bread with fleur de sel and olive oil. I made two servings, vacuum sealed and refrigerated one. The bread was previously frozen.

CSA Week #10 !

Snack: 0.8 oz. cashews.

Cleaned a package of strawberries.

Dinner: Tempeh and vegetable brown rice bowl with carrots, celery, green pepper and cauliflower. This was really good, I should make this more often!

And 2 glasses of Santa Julia reserva malbec.

Dessert: Strawberries and blueberries.

Weight at beginning of the day: 127.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 128.8 lbs.
