Breakfast: Refried black bean, egg and cheese breakfast burrito .
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary . And, later, 0.8 oz. cashews.
Lunch: Cheese hot dog with Kettle Chips hot jalapeƱo potato chips and a Red Hook Long Hammer IPA.
Snack: 0.8 oz. peanuts.
Dinner: Steak, baked potato and broccoli . And 2 glasses of Hardy's shiraz.
