What I ate: March 4, 2018

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a homemade whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion. And a mimosa.

Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg for breakfast Wednesday and Friday.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary .

Lunch: Cheddar broccoli ale soup , side Caesar salad, roll, and a half glass of 90+ New Zealand sauvignon blanc.

Dinner: Bratwurst and sauerkraut , a salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and Drew's Thousand Island dressing. And a Switchback Ale (minus the 2.0 oz. I used to make the soup at lunch time).

Weight at beginning of the day: 127.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 126.8 lbs.
