What I ate: January 16, 2022

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a homemade whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion. And 2 glasses of Proscecco.

Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo and egg for breakfast Wednesday.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a Cutwater spicy Bloody Mary.

And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts and the rest of the Bloody Mary.

And half of a blackberry and goat cheese sticky bun that I made on Christmas day and froze, and a coffee with Jameson.

Lunch: Quarter pounder with cheese from McDonalds.

Snack: 4 cracked pepper and olive oil Triscuits with Cabot seriously sharp cheddar. And a half glass of Bota Box New Zealand sauvignon blanc.

Dinner: Chicken sausage and peppers with sweet corn, mozzarella grits (460 cal). I ate the whole serving instead of saving some for lunch tomorrow. And a glass of Bota Box New Zealand sauvignon blanc.

And saved some for lunch tomorrow.

Weight at beginning of the day: 122.2 lbs.

Weight at the beginning of the next day: 122.4 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
