What I ate: January 9, 2022

I woke up really early, so I had a travel breakfast sandwich (270 cal).

Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg for breakfast Wednesday.

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a homemade whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion. And 3 glasses of Prosecco.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a Cutwater spicy Bloody Mary.

And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts and the rest of the Bloody Mary. And a Kind bar (180 cal) and a coffee with Jameson.

Lunch: Leftover balsamic steak. With strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries. And a half glass of Bota Box shiraz.

Snack: 1.0 oz. tortilla chips, Green Mountain Gringo spicy salsa, and a Cutwater margarita.

And 2.0 oz. Doritos and a glass of Bota Box shiraz.

Dinner: Greek chicken with steamed broccoli, couscous and veggies (Real Eats, 440 cal). And a glass of Bota Box New Zealand sauvignon blanc.

And saved some for lunch tomorrow.

Weight at beginning of the day: 121.2 lbs.

Weight at the beginning of the next day: 122.0 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
