What I ate: September 17, 2022

Breakfast: Corned beef hash, egg and toast.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts, 136 cal.

Lunch: Cheese and jalapeƱo hot dog, 2.6 oz. French fries, and a Leinenkugel's Oktoberfest Marzen.

Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips and French onion dip. And a Southern Tier pumking imperial pumpkin ale. And a glass of Bota Box shiraz.

Dinner: Chinese beef skewers (new recipe) and an egg roll. And a glass of Bota Box shiraz.

Weight at beginning of the day: 129.2 lbs.

Weight at the beginning of the next day: 129.8 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
