What I ate: September 22, 2022

Breakfast: Bacon, egg and cheese English muffin with 3 slices of bacon, one egg and Cabot extra sharp cheddar cheese on a whole wheat English muffin. This is the same brand of English muffin I normally get, but this particular one was abnormally dark, and also thick and fluffy, more like a hamburger bun!

Snack: Greek yogurt and granola, 2.9 oz. Greek yogurt, 0.4 oz. granola snack, 137 cal. 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts, 136 cal.

Lunch: Taco salad with 1.9 oz. ground beef, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, Drew's chipotle ranch dressing, and shredded Mexican cheese.

Grilled two NY strip steaks. Vacuum sealed for easy dinners from the sous vide. Froze 3, kept one refrigerated for dinner tonight.

Snack: 1.0 oz. wasabi and soy sauce almonds.

Dinner: Steak and baked potato.

And 2 1/2 glasses of Château Lascaux Bordeaux, 2001. I found it in my wine chiller and it was good!

And a So Delicious ice cream sandwich, 100 cal.

Weight at beginning of the day: 129.8 lbs.

Weight at the beginning of the next day: 129.4 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
