What I ate: November 21, 2022

Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts.

Lunch: Chicken salad half sandwich with 2.5 oz. chicken salad on a slice of Heidelberg wheat bread, cut in half, and Kettle Chips jalapeƱo potato chips and a dill pickle. And a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: 1.0 oz. habanero almonds. And 10 grams of Skinny Pop white cheddar, 54 cal.

Dinner: XCJ Dumplings (6), rice. And a glass of Bota Box shiraz.

Weight at beginning of the day: 133.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 132.2 lbs.
