What I ate: December 2, 2022
Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated Mission carb balance tortilla.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts.
Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 3.2 oz. deli roast beef, horseradish, mayo, and lettuce on Heidelberg multigrain bread. With a few Kettle Chips jalapeño potato chips and a dill pickle spear.
Snack: 1.0 oz. habanero almonds. And, later, 2.4 oz. Popcorn Factory popcorn.
Dinner: Japanese-style crushed hamburger with 4.0 oz. beef and rice.
And 1.6 glasses of Twenty Rows cabernet sauvignon, North coast California, 2020.
And 3 Danish butter cookies.
Weight at beginning of the day: 131.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 131.8 lbs.
