What I ate: March 26, 2023

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a homemade whole wheat bagel with red onion. And 1.5 mimosas.

Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg for breakfast Wednesday.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix a homemade Spicy Bloody Mary.

Snack: 0.8 oz. peanuts. And 2.0 oz. Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips and a glass of Bota Box savignon blanc.

Lunch: Fried chicken patty sandwich on a wheat hamburger bun with lettuce, 2.8 oz. tater tots, and a Switchback beer.

Snack: 3 crackers with horseradish cheddar and a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Dinner: Roasted chicken, rice, gravy, and asparagus and a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Weight at beginning of the day: 133.4 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 136.0 lbs.
