What I ate: September 21, 2023

Breakfast: Sausage, egg and cheese English muffin.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts.

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.5 oz. peppered deli turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg wheat bread, potato chips, a dill pickle spear.

Snack: 1.0 oz. wasabi and soy sauce almonds. And around 1.0 oz. Kettle Chips hot jalapeƱo from the bottom of the bag.

Dinner: Spicy beef with snow peas and rice. And a half glass of Bota Box pinot noir.

Weight at beginning of the day: 136.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 134.4 lbs.
