What I ate: December 1, 2023

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal).

Baked a package of Wildgrain apple pie bites. These are good, however each one is 120 cal and I had two because they're so good. I should probably not have these around all the time.

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.5 oz. peppered deli turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg multigrain bread. A side salad with romaine, lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Bacon cheeseburger (4.0 oz) with lettuce and barbecue sauce. 2.6 oz. seasoned French fries. And a Switchback Ale.

Weight at beginning of the day: 133.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 133.6 lbs.
