Breakfast: Jimmy Dean hot sausage and salsa verde breakfast bowl with Tapatío hot sauce.
Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg for breakfast Wednesday.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal).
Snack: Wildgrain blueberry biscuit (200 cal), toasted with butter. And a coffee with Jameson.
Lunch: Loaded baked potato with butter, bacon, cheese, scallions, sour cream from half of the baked potato left over from yesterday's dinner.
Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal. And a White Claw watermelon.
And 4 crackers with beer cheddar cheese.
Dinner: Spaghetti with meatballs. With 1.8 oz. spaghetti, 4.5 oz. Bove's marinara, 5 mini meatballs, sourdough garlic bread, and a half glass of Bota Box pinot noir.
