What I ate: December 4, 2023

Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). Small omusbe (rice ball). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). 0.5 oz. Skinny Pop white cheddar (75 cal).

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.8 oz. peppered deli turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg multigrain bread. A side salad with romaine, lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Spicy pork with snow peas and rice. And a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

I prepped the ingredients for this meal this morning, which makes for quick assembly at dinnertime.
