What I ate: February 3, 2024
Breakfast: Egg, toast, and bacon. With one egg, a piece of Heidelberg multigrain toast with butter, and 3 slices of bacon. With breakfast potatoes (new post).
Cooked the beef for Japanese-style beef curry in the sous vide. 3 hours at 131°F.
Prepped for lunch and dinner.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.7 oz. peppered deli turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg multigrain bread. A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and ranch dressing.
Snack: 4 cracked pepper and olive oil Triscuits with horseradish cheddar. Half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.
Snack: 1.0 oz potato chips and French onion dip. And a White Claw peach.
Dinner: Pork with snow peas stir-fry with 2.8 oz. pork and rice. And a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.
