What I ate: February 4, 2024

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese, with 1.3 oz. wild cold smoked salmon on a homemade whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion. And a Cupcake Prosecco. I haven't made this since June 18, 2023; it was good!

Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg for breakfast Wednesday.

Prepped for lunch.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a homemade Spicy Bloody Mary.

Made a batch of Japanese-style beef curry. Vacuum sealed and froze 5 servings.

Snack: Wildgrain orange cranberry biscuit with butter and a coffee with Jameson.

Snack: 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).

Lunch: Spicy black bean veggie burger. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and Ranch dressing. And a Switchback Ale.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Restocked my takeout food. Pepperoni pizza from Gavin's, and Hunan beef from China City in Sidney, NY.

Dinner: 1 1/2 slices of pepperoni pizza from Gavin's in Sidney, NY.

Weight at beginning of the day: 136.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 135.4 lbs.
