What I ate: May 1, 2024
Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).
Lunch: Asian salad with tuna. With 2.5 oz. canned tuna.
Made a serving of spicy tuna salad with the other half of the can of tuna for a future lunch.
Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Made a 5 lb. roasted chicken and chicken stock. Vacuum sealed and froze:
- 2 dinner servings (4.5 oz each) with gravy
- 4 chicken for stir-fry (2.8 oz. each)
- 2x chicken stock (12.0 oz.) for soup
- 2x chicken bits for chicken soup (to add to the stock)
Snack: 1.0 oz. spicy nacho Doritos and a glass of Bota Box malbec. I got the nighthawk black dark malbec from Argentina and I like it!
Dinner: Turkey dinner with turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, and homemade cranberries. And a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.
Weight at beginning of the day: 134.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 135.0 lbs.
