Breakfast: Ham, egg and cheese English muffin sandwich. With 2.4 oz. ham.
Prepped for lunch.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).
Lunch: Grilled chicken Caesar salad. With 2.0 oz. grilled chicken, Romaine lettuce, lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, croutons, and Briana's Caesar dressing. Slice of Wildgrain sourdough bread with olive oil.
Grilled, vacuum sealed, and froze a package of Hebrew National beef hot dogs.
Snack: 4 Triscuits with beer cheddar cheese. White Claw grapefruit.
Dinner: Bratwurst and sauerkraut, Cheese and jalapeƱo hot dog, potato chips. Switchback Ale. And some more chips.
