Breakfast: Pancakes and sausage, previously frozen.

Cooked broccoli for dinner tonight and Tuesday.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal).

Snack: Homemade Spicy Bloody Mary. 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).

Snack: 1.0 oz. Stacy's everything bagel chips and a Cupcake Prosecco.

Snack: The rest of the bagel chips from the bottom of the bag (0.8 oz) and a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Lunch: Asian salad with a half can of canned salmon. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: 1.0 oz. spicy nacho Doritos and a glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Dinner: Miso marinated pork (3.6 oz) with rice and broccoli.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Cape Cod barbecue potato chips (140 cal).
