What I ate: September 13, 2024

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday and froze in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). Snack pack of cashews (100 cal) and gummy bears (45 cal). 0.5 oz. Skinny Pop white cheddar (75 cal).

Lunch: Grilled chicken Caesar salad. With 2.0 oz. grilled chicken, Romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomato, croutons, and Briana's Caesar dressing. Wildgrain sourdough roll with butter.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Doritos and a half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Dinner: Pork with snow peas stir-fry with 2.8 oz. pork and rice. And a half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Cape Cod potato chips (140 cal).

Weight at beginning of the day: 136.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 136.6 lbs.
