What I ate: September 14, 2024

Breakfast: Egg, toast and bacon.

Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg for breakfast Wednesday. Froze the serving for next Friday.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). Snack pack of cashews (100 cal) and gummy bears (45 cal).

Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 2.9 oz. deli roast beef, horseradish, mayo, and lettuce on Heidelberg multigrain bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, green pepper, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: 2.0 oz. potato chips and French onion dip (twice the size of the picture). 2 White Claw black cherry.

Dinner: Grilled chicken sandwich (updated recipe). With 4.4 oz. spiedie marinated chicken leg and thigh, lettuce, tomato, and chipotle mayo on a Barowski's bulkie roll. 2.6 oz. French fries. Switchback Ale.

Weight at beginning of the day: 136.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 137.4 lbs.
