What I ate: October 9, 2024

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.

Made a 1.4 oz. pork roast into sliced for miso marinated pork (3.5 oz):

And sous vide pork roast for stir-fry meat.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop white cheddar (80 cal).

Lunch: Chicken kimchi soup. With 12 oz. chicken stock, 2.0 oz. roasted chicken, kimchi, and spinach.

Snack: La Trappe quadrupel cheese and crackers. This is good!

Dinner: Turkey dinner with turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, and homemade cranberries. And a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Weight at beginning of the day: 137.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 136.4 lbs.
