Breakfast: Bacon, egg and cheese English muffin.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 2.4 oz. deli roast beef, horseradish, mayo, and lettuce on Heidelberg multigrain bread. Salad with lettuce mix, arugula, cucumber, tomato, and ranch dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Rigatoni with tomato, spinach, and prosciutto in spicy vodka cream sauce. Wildgrain ciabatta bread with olive oil. A glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.
