Breakfast: Corned beef hash, eggs and toast. With 2.5 oz. breakfast potatoes.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop popcorn (80 cal).

Lunch: Cheddar broccoli soup. Wildgrain sourdough roll with butter. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: Crackers with clothbound cheddar from the Appy Hour box. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Dinner: NY strip steak. Baked potato with butter and sour cream. Broccoli. A glass of Bota Box malbec.

Saved half of the baked potato for Loaded baked potato lunch.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Cape Cod salt and vinegar potato chips (140 cal).

Weight at beginning of the day: 137.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 138.8 lbs.
