What I ate: January 10, 2025
Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday and froze, in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.
Prepped for lunch and dinner.
Cooked 1 1/2 cups of Nishiki white sushi rice and refrigerated for the week.
Baked a loaf of Wildgrain olive oil ciabatta bread (previously frozen).
Snack: Ends of the bread with olive oil.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).
Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 2.3 oz. deli roast beef, horseradish, and mayo on Heidelberg multigrain bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing.
Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Dinner: Chili crisp fettuccine alfredo with chicken and spinach. Slice of Wildgrain olive oil ciabatta bread. A glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.
Weight at beginning of the day: 139.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 140.4 lbs.
