Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop white cheddar popcorn (80 cal).
Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich on Heidelberg multigrain bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and ranch dressing.
Walked 2.06 miles in 37:54, approximately. Should be about the same as a yesterday but I forgot to start measuring.
Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Divided a pork roast for Miso marinated pork and Sous vide pork roast for stir-fry.
Vacuum sealed and froze 8 servings for stir-fry, 2.8 oz. each.
Dinner: Spicy pork with snow peas and rice. With 2.8 oz. pork. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.
Snack: 2.0 oz. Cape Cod sour cream and onion potato chips (280 cal).
