Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday and froze, in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.
Prepped for lunch.
Cooked 1 1/2 cups of Nishiki white sushi rice and refrigerated for the week.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).
- Skinny Pop white cheddar popcorn (80 cal).
Grilled, vacuum sealed, and froze 4 servings of NY strip steak.
Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 3.0 oz. deli roast beef, horseradish, and mayo on Heidelberg multigrain bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, banana pepper, red onion, and balsamic dressing.
Walk 2.05 miles in 37:03.
Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Dinner: Miso marinated pork (3.7 oz). Rice. Broccoli. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.
