What I ate: Friday, March 28, 2025

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday and froze, in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Spiced up a jar of kimchi with Mama O's super spicy kimchi paste.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop white cheddar popcorn (80 cal).

Lunch: Chicken kimchi soup. With 12 oz. chicken stock, 1.3 oz. chicken, kimchi, and spinach.

Snack: 3.0 oz. Doritos and 2 glasses of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Dinner: Steak and baked potato. Broccoli. A half glass of Bota Box malbec.

Weight at beginning of the day: 139.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 138.8 lbs.
