What I ate: Sunday, March 30, 2025

Breakfast: Corned beef hash, eggs and toast.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Prepped salad veggies.

Cooked 1 1/2 cups of Nishiki white sushi rice and refrigerated for the week.

Trimmed and vacuum sealed a package of thin-sliced pork chops.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). 1.0 oz. habanero almonds (170 cal).

Lunch: Salami sandwich. With 1.5 oz. peppered salami, provolone cheese, and arugula on a Wildgrain baguette. Side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, banana pepper, red onion, and balsamic dressing.

Walked 2.06 miles in 38:11.

Snack: 2.0 oz. potato chips and French onion dip. White Claw mango.

Dinner: Spicy pork with snow peas and rice. With 2.8 oz. pork. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: Peanut butter crackers (180 cal).
