Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.
Prepped for lunch and dinner.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeño popcorn (70 cal).
Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 2.9 oz. deli roast beef, arugula, horseradish, and mayo on a Dave's everything bagel. Salad with lettuce mix, arugula, cucumber, tomato, green pepper, and balsamic dressing.
Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Dinner: Egg roll in a bowl with 3.0 oz. sausage. 4.0 oz. cabbage mix. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.
Snack: 2.0 oz. Wavy Lays potato chips (300 cal).
