What I ate: Friday, July 4, 2025
Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday and froze, in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.
Prepped for lunch.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeño popcorn (70 cal).
Grilled burgers (4.0 oz. each) for dinner and vacuum sealed and froze for one more meal.
Made 6-layer dip.
Lunch: Bratwurst and sauerkraut. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and Thousand Island dressing. Switchback Ale.
Snack: 6-layer dip with 2.0 oz. tortilla chips. Margarita.
Dinner: Cheeseburger (4.0 oz before cooking). 2.9 oz. tater tots. A half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.
Weight at beginning of the day: 137.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 138.4 lbs.
