What I ate: Saturday, July 5, 2025
Breakfast: Toasted blueberry bagel and bacon.
Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg for breakfast Wednesday. Froze the serving for next Friday.
Prepped for lunch.
Cooked 1 1/2 cups of Nishiki white sushi rice and refrigerated for the week.
Prepared a 48 oz. pork roast:
- 3.6 oz. for miso marinated pork
- 2x 3.6 oz. for thin-sliced boneless pork chops
- 25.8 oz. sous vide pork for stir-fry (before cooking weight)
- 7x 2.8 oz. packages of stir-fry pork vacuum sealed and frozen.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeño popcorn (70 cal).
Lunch: Mackerel and spinach rice bowl #2.
Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Dinner: Miso marinated pork (3.6 oz). Rice. Broccoli. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.
Weight at beginning of the day: 138.4 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 137.6 lbs.
