What I ate: Saturday, November 29, 2025

Breakfast: Toasted everything bagel with butter. Side of bacon.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Made the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg for breakfast Wednesday. This one has the better imported Palacios Spanish chorizo. Froze the serving for next Friday. I have omelette filling frozen from last week.

Prepped salad veggies. With carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion.

Prepped 2 servings of chipotle ranch salad dressing, 20 grams, 93 calories each.

Prepped 2 servings of Spicy tuna salad sandwich.

Made the 2nd batch of turkey stock to freeze.

Cooked and froze 2 pounds of bacon.

Defrosted refried black beans for Refried black bean, egg, and cheese breakfast burrito #2 tomorrow.

Done for now!

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeño popcorn (70 cal).

Lunch: Mackerel and spinach rice bowl #2.

Snack: 2.0 oz. Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips (300 cal). Founders all-day IPA. (Twice the amount pictured.)

Dinner: Turkey gobbler sandwich with 2.5 oz. turkey. Potato chips. Half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Weight at beginning of the day: 134.4 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 134.8 lbs.
