Breakfast: Bacon, egg and cheese English muffin.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.


Defrosted chorizo breakfast burrito filling.
Defrosted sous vide chicken for curry chicken sandwich tomorrow.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeƱo popcorn (140 cal).
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.3 oz. peppered deli turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg French peasant bread. A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Dinner: Penne with Italian sausage. With 1.8 oz. penne pasta, 4.2 oz. Bove's spicy marinara, and 1 hot Italian sausage. A half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon. This was good!
