Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.


Defrosted corned beef hash for breakfast tomorrow.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). 1.0 oz. habanero almonds (170 cal).
Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion, and chipotle ranch dressing (20 grams, 93 cal).

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Dinner: Teriyaki salmon. With 4.1 oz. salmon. Green peppers. A half glass of Bota box sauvignon blanc.

Divided the 6.5 oz. salmon into two servings, one 4.2 oz. piece for dinner tonight, and a small 1.7 oz. piece for a future meal. It's a little small for Salmon BLT but it might be good for Salmon and eggs stir-fry.
