Breakfast: Bacon, egg and cheese English muffin.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Prepped salad veg for today and tomorrow: Carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion. Also celery and red onion for chicken salad tomorrow.

Defrosted chorizo breakfast burrito filling.

Defrosted sous vide chicken for curry chicken sandwich tomorrow.

Vacuum sealed and froze the remaining half of the package of prosciutto since it was already past its best by date.

Cleaned and replaced the oil in my deep fryer pan.

Cleaned and replaced the Parmesan cheese in my cheese grater.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.2 oz. peppered deli turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg French peasant bread. A side salad with lettuce mix, carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing.

Portioned, vacuum sealed, and froze a whole strip loin of beef into NY strip steaks.

16.32 pounds divided into 2 large steaks, individually packed. Removed edges with a large amount of fat, just leaving a some for flavor and fire when grilling.

7 packages of 2 steaks for grilling.

End pieces cut for stir-fry and other beef dishes.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Rigatoni with tomato, spinach, and prosciutto in spicy vodka cream sauce. Half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Weight at beginning of the day: 128.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 129.2 lbs.
