Breakfast: Refried black bean, egg, and cheese breakfast burrito #2.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Broiled the Teryiyaki London broil. Vacuum sealed and froze sliced servings for sandwiches.

Cooked 1 1/2 cups of Nishiki white sushi rice and refrigerated for the week.

Snack: A small omusbe (rice ball).

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal).
Lunch: Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich with 2.0 oz. ham on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Kettle Chips hot jalapeƱo potato chips.

Snack: 1.0 oz. wasabi and soy sauce almonds (170 cal).

Dinner: Grilled chicken Caesar. With 1.7 oz. grilled chicken, Romaine lettuce, lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion, broccoli, croutons, Parmesan cheese, and Briana's Caesar dressing. Half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.
