Breakfast: Bacon, egg and cheese English muffin.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Prepped salad veg for today and tomorrow: Carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion, broccoli. Also celery and red onion for chicken salad tomorrow.

Defrosted chorizo breakfast burrito filling.
Defrosted sous vide chicken for curry chicken sandwich tomorrow.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal).
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.1 oz. smoked deli turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg French peasant bread. A side salad with lettuce mix, carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion, cucumber, tomato, broccoli, and balsamic dressing. I forgot to take a picture but it looked like this:

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Dinner: Green bean prosciutto pasta. 1.5 oz. prosciutto, 1.5 oz. penne pasta. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Weight at beginning of the day: 126.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 124.6 lbs.
