First installment of my meat CSA!

Today was the first monthly installment of my Tangletown Farm summer half share CSA! Lots of great local, organic meat: fresh whole chicken, porterhouse steak, ground beef, pork spare ribs, pork rib end chops, pork loin chops, and pork sausage!

The chicken made Roasted chicken, pan gravy, rice, sautéed fresh baby spinach .

The breakfast sausage made Sausage, egg, and cheese English muffin .

The Delmonico steak made Delmonico steak with broccoli and potatoes with garlic, butter, and parsley .

The pork spare ribs made, not surprisingly, Pork Spare Ribs .

The ground beef made cheeseburgers, including Local cheeseburger, corn, and tomato and cucumber salad .

The last pork chop was used for Tingua poblana - Pork with smoky tomato sauce and potatoes .
