Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion. And a mimosa.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary .

Lunch: Turkey club sandwich with Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips.

Dinner: "Blackened chicken ciabatta: Cast iron chicken, Plymouth big blue cheese, goat horn pepper aioli, jalapeño bacon jam." And Switchback beer. At Preston's in the Killington Grand Hotel, Killington, Vermont.

Breakfast: Canadian bacon, egg, and cheese English muffin breakfast sandwich. And a mimosa. And a spicy Bloody Mary.

Lunch: Cheeseburger and fries at the K-1 Cafeteria. And Fiddlehead beer.

Dinner: "Bourbon bacon salad: grilled leeks and radicchio tossed with spinach, candied pecans, dried cherries and warm bourbon bacon vinaigrette."

And "New Orleans BBQ shrimp and grits: Half dozen, spiked garlic butter, sautéed and broiled. Served over cheddar grits" at Preston's.

Breakfast: Sausage, egg and cheese English muffin . And a mimosa. And a spicy Bloody Mary.

Lunch: Hot Reuben sandwich and pasta salad at the Peak Lodge. And a Fiddlehead beer.

Dinner: "Duck confit cassoulet: Lamb and pork belly ragout, baby kale, cannellini bean, butternut squash, parsley oil." And a side salad with citrus vinaigrette. And malbec, at Preston's. This was really good!

Breakfast: Bacon, egg and cheese English muffin . And a mimosa.

Lunch: Quarter pounder with cheese at McDonalds on the drive back in Oneonta, New York.

Dinner: DiGiorno rising crust supreme pizza. And 2 glases of Folonari Montepulciano d'Abruzzo.

Weight at beginning of the day: 132.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 133.8 lbs.
