What I ate: November 28, 2021

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a homemade whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion. And 2 glasses of Prosecco.

Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg for breakfast Wednesday.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a Cutwater spicy Bloody Mary.

And, later, a half of a blueberry muffin and a coffee with Jameson.

Lunch: XCJ Dumplings and rice. The modified preparation steps and 5-piece serving make a great lunch!

Snack: 3 mozzarella sticks with marinara and a glass of Bota Box shiraz. And, later, 1.0 oz. Wavy Lays potato chips.

Dinner: Brooks barbecued chicken (previously frozen) and French fries. And a glass of Bota Box shiraz.

And 2 squares of dark chocolate.

Weight at beginning of the day: 118.8 lbs.

Weight at the beginning of the next day: 118.2 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
