What I ate: May 22, 2022

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a homemade whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion. And 2 mimosas.

Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg for breakfast Wednesday.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And a Cutwater spicy Bloody Mary. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts, and the rest of the Bloody Mary.

Lunch: Veggie Buffalo wings and salad. And a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: 3 mozzarella sticks and marinara. And a glass of Bota Box shiraz.

Dinner: Spaghetti with meatballs. With 1.6 oz. spaghetti, 4.5 oz. marinara, and 5 mini-meatballs. With 3 small slices of homemade garlic bread. And a glass of Bota Box shiraz.

Weight at beginning of the day: 126.4 lbs.

Weight at the beginning of the next day: 127.6 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
