What I ate: September 16, 2022

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated Mission carb balance tortilla.

Snack: Greek yogurt and granola, 2.9 oz. Greek yogurt, 0.4 oz. granola snack, 137 cal. 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts, 136 cal.

Lunch: Roast beef on ciabatta roll. With 2.8 oz. deli roast beef, horseradish, mayo, and lettuce. With a few Kettle Chips hot jalapeño and a dill pickle.

Snack: 1.0 oz. habanero almonds.

Dinner: Cheeseburger (4.0 oz) with 2.5 oz. tater tots. And a glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

And a So Delicious ice cream sandwich, 100 cal.

Weight at beginning of the day: 128.8 lbs.

Weight at the beginning of the next day: 129.2 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
