What I ate: January 29, 2023

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a homemade whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion.

Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg for breakfast Wednesday.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts and a homemade Spicy Bloody Mary.

Snack: 2 crackers with Cabot seriously sharp Vermont cheddar cheese and a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Lunch: Fish sticks and onion rings. There's an extra fish stick since it was the last in the box. With 2.6 oz. onion rings and a Southern Tier Double IPA.

Snack: Mozzarella sticks and a glass of Bota Box nighthawk black bourbon barrel cabernet sauvignon.

Dinner: XCJ Dumplings (5), rice. And a half glass of Bota box sauvignon blanc.

Weight at beginning of the day: 131.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 132.2 lbs.
