What I ate: June 9, 2024

Breakfast: Corned beef hash, eggs and toast.

Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg for breakfast Wednesday.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. Homemade Spicy Bloody Mary.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Stacy's everything bagel chips and a La Marca prosecco.

Snack: Wildgrain orange cranberry biscuit (230 cal) with butter. Coffee with Jameson.

Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 2.3 oz. deli roast beef, horseradish, mayo, and lettuce on Heidelberg multigrain bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: Crackers and brie. A glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Dinner: Chili crisp fettuccine alfredo with chicken and spinach. Slice of Wildgrain olive oil ciabatta bread. A glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.
