What I ate: August 31, 2024
Breakfast: Sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on wheat English muffin.
Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg for breakfast Wednesday. Froze the serving for next Friday.
Prepped for lunch.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).
Cleaned and blanched green beans for two meals. Made spicy green beans.
Grilled NY strip steaks and burgers. Vacuum sealed and froze (except for one steak for dinner tonight).
Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 2.4 oz. deli roast beef, horseradish, mayo, and lettuce on Wildgrain slow-fermented ciabatta sandwich roll. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, green pepper, and balsamic dressing.
Snack: Alisos cheese and crackers from the Appy Hour box. A glass of Bota box cabernet sauvignon.
Dinner: NY strip steak. Spicy green beans. Baked potato with butter and sour cream. A glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.
