What I ate: Wednesday, May 14, 2025
Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla. A Cupcake Prosecco.
Sliced ham (20.5 oz.) packaged into:
- 3x 1.8 oz. diced for omelette
- 5x 2.3 oz. sliced for breakfast
Normally the distribution would be more omelette and less breakfast ham, but the balance is off in the freezer.
- 6x 1.8 oz. diced for omelette
- 3x 2.4 oz. sliced for breakfast
Prepped for lunch and dinner.
Snack: Baked a single chocolate croissant from Wildgrain (310 cal) and had it with a coffee with Jameson.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a Cutwater spicy Bloody Mary.
Snack: 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop white cheddar popcorn (80 cal).
Lunch: Pastrami Reuben sandwich with 2.3 oz. deli pastrami. A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and Thousand Island dressing. A Guinness.
Vacuum sealed and froze the rest of the pastrami, 2x 2.3 oz. servings.
Snack: 3 Mozzarella sticks with marinara and a glass of Louis Martini cabernet sauvignon (Sonoma California, 2018).
Dinner: Rigatoni with tomato, spinach, and prosciutto in spicy vodka cream sauce. Wildgrain ciabatta bread.
Snack: 2 Wildgrain peach pie bites (freshly baked from frozen, 260 cal).
Weight at beginning of the day: 137.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 140.2 lbs.
