What I ate: Wednesday, December 31, 2025
Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday in a freshly heated flour tortilla.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.


Defrosted ham and English muffin for sausage, egg, and cheese tomorrow.

Vacuum sealed and refrigerated jars of spinach.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeño popcorn (70 cal).
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.2 oz. peppered deli turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: Cabot seriously sharp cheddar cheese. Almonds. Glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Snack: Shrimp cocktail.

Dinner: Prime rib (5.7 oz. cooked weight, with fat). Baked potato with butter and sour cream. Green beans (frozen). A half glass of Bota Box malbec.

Saved half of the baked potato for loaded baked potato tomorrow.
Snack: Eggnog and 4 Danish butter cookies.

I used premade eggnog, but used the alcohol combination from homemade eggnog.

- 1/2 oz. apricot brandy
- 1/2 oz. rum
