Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 2 eggs, freshly cooked. And Heidelberg French peasant bread toast with butter.

Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion, and chipotle ranch dressing (20 grams, 93 cal).

Dinner: Shrimp and onion stir-fry with spinach. With 3.4 oz. shrimp. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

 

What I ate: Monday, October 13, 2025

Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.

Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion, and chipotle ranch dressing (20 grams, 93 cal).

Dinner: Spicy salmon roll sushi from the Hannaford grocery store in Oneonta, NY, 340 cal. Small cold sake.

 

What I ate: Sunday, October 12, 2025

Breakfast: Corned beef hash, eggs and toast.

Lunch: Ham and cheese croissant with 2.4 oz. ham. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, red onion, and balsamic dressing.

Dinner: 1 slice of pepperoni pizza from Gavin's in Sidney, NY. It was vacuum sealed and frozen so I reheated it from frozen in the sous vide at 140°F, then transferred it to the Breville SmartOven, 400°F for 2 minutes, plus the preheat time, on a sheet pan.

 

What I ate: Saturday, October 11, 2025

Breakfast: Toasted blueberry bagel with butter. Side of bacon.

Lunch: Mackerel and spinach rice bowl #2.

Dinner: Cheeseburger (4.0 oz before cooking) with lettuce, tomato, and onion. Potato chips. A half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday and froze, in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.

Lunch: Curry chicken salad sandwich with 2.0 oz. chicken on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, celery, red onion, and Annie's green goddess dressing.

Dinner: Italian sausage, marinara, and penne pasta (1.6 oz). A slice of Wildgrain olive oil ciabatta bread. Half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

 

What I ate: Thursday, October 9, 2025

Breakfast: Ham, egg and cheese English muffin sandwich. With 2.4 oz. ham.

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.4 oz. peppered deli turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg French peasant bread. A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing.

Dinner: Chicken paprika #4 (previously frozen, 4.1 oz), rice, and broccoli. A half glass of Bota box sauvignon blanc.
